More than 200 SUNY Potsdam students completed one or more internship placements at companies, non-profits or campus departments in the Spring 2014 semester. SUNY Potsdam's internship program places students with employers whose interests align with their studies. Each student has a faculty sponsor, and earns between 1 and 12 credits toward their degree requirements for successfully completing the internship.

The SUNY Geneseo chapter of the Golden Key International Honour Society recently inducted students into the organization during a campus ceremony. Morrisville State College recently announced those students who were named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2013 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must achieve an average of 3.0 to 3.99 for the semester and complete 12 credit hours.

Fairleigh Dickinson University has released the names of students that have been inducted into FDU's Phi Epsilon Omega senior honors society and Phi Zeta Kappa junior honors society. To qualify for Phi Omega Epsilon, a student must have completed 90 credits toward an undergraduate degree, and of these credits, 58 must have been earned at FDU. To qualify for Phi Zeta Kappa, a student must have completed 60 credits toward an undergraduate degree, 44 must have been earned at FDU.
